Add subtitles to a video

This feature requires at least write permission on the folder(s) containing the selected item.

To add subtitles to a video:

1. Open the item list of your choice (folder, basket, import wall, etc.).
2. Open the item of your choice.
3. Click the edit button.
4. Click Add subtitles.
5. Select the language of your choice from the dropdown list.
6. Click Add.
7. Add the subtitles. You can:
   • Add an .srt or .vtt file by clicking Browse.
   • Enter the subtitles manually in the text field, following the .srt syntax.
8. Click Add.
9. Click Close.

Edit video subtitles

This feature requires at least write permission on the folder(s) containing the selected item.

To edit video subtitles:

1. Open the item list of your choice (folder, basket, import wall, etc.).
2. Open the item of your choice.
3. Click the edit button.
4. Click Add subtitles.
5. Click the edit icon for the language of your choice.
6. Make the necessary changes.
7. Click Edit.
8. Click Close.

Delete subtitles from a video

This feature requires at least write permission on the folder(s) containing the selected item.

To delete subtitles from a video:

1. Open the item list of your choice (folder, basket, import wall, etc.).
2. Open the item of your choice.
3. Click the edit button.
4. Click Add subtitles.
5. Click the delete icon for the language of your choice. A pop-up appears asking for confirmation.
6. Click Yes.
7. Click Close.
