Keepeek - Replacing a thesaurus term in multiple items

This feature requires at least write access to the folder(s) containing the selected items.

It allows you to remove one thesaurus term and add another in a single batch process, without modifying the other terms assigned to the selected items:

1. Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, imports wall, etc.).
2. Select the items of your choice.
3. Click on the edit button.
4. Click on Batch processing.
5. Tick the boxes for the languages in which the processing will be applied.
6. Tick the box corresponding to the thesaurus field of your choice.
7. Select the Replace a term radio button.
8. In the left field, enter the term you wish to remove from the item records.
9. In the right field, enter the new term to be assigned instead.
10. Click Next.
11. Click Start processing.
12. Click Confirm.
