Keepeek - Incorporate editorial content into item descriptions

The "formatted text" field allows you to format your editorial content within the details of each item: links to photo reports or product ranges, highlighting information, the possibilities are endless. It can of course be displayed in the user portal if you have one.

This feature requires at least write access to the folder(s) containing the selected items.

To add editorial content to an item:

1. Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, imports wall, etc.).
2. Open the item of your choice.
3. Open the Edit menu.
4. Click on the Rich Text field to open the rich text editor.
5. Enter the information of your choice.
6. Format the text using the toolbar at the top.
7. Click Apply.
8. Click on the arrow on the Save button to select the behaviour to assign. You can:
   1. Save and apply to all languages
   2. Save
   3. Save and close.
