Keepeek - Insert an incremental number into a multi-element field

It is possible to insert an incremental number into the field of several elements during batch processing. This feature is very useful, for example, for quickly numbering photos in a report.

Only free text fields (short text, long text, fields with suggestions where the "Force selection of values from the list" option is unchecked, email, geographical information, URL) can benefit from this option.

To insert an incremental number into the field of several items:

1. Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, imports wall, etc.).
2. Select the items of your choice.
3. Click on the edit button.
4. Click on Batch processing.
5. Tick the boxes for the languages in which the processing will be applied.
6. Tick the box corresponding to the field in which you want to insert an incremental number.
7. Fill in the field if necessary.
8. Choose the actions to assign to each selected field.
9. Click Insert Incremental Number.
10. Fill in the form.
11. Click Insert.
12. Click Next.
13. Click Start Processing. A pop-up will appear asking for confirmation.
14. Click Confirm.
