Keepeek - Copy and paste the indexing of an existing item

This feature requires at least write access to the folder containing the item to which you wish to copy the indexing.

To copy and paste the indexing of an existing item:

1. Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, imports wall, etc.).
2. Select the item from which you want to copy the file content.
3. Click on the edit button.
4. Click on Copy file content.
5. Select the item(s) to which you want to paste the indexing.
6. Click on the edit button.
7. Click on Paste the content of the file.
8. Tick the box for the fields and languages to be copied.
9. Click on Next.
10. Click on Start processing. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm.
11. Click on Confirm.
