Keepeek - Start automatic face detection

This feature requires write access to the folder(s) containing the selected item.

Face detection is automatically launched on items during import. However, it is possible to relaunch automatic face detection.

To launch automatic face detection:

1. Open the list of items of your choice (folder, basket, imports wall, etc.).
2. Start automatic detection on:
   • an element:
     1. Open the item of your choice.
     2. Open the Preview or Edit menu.
     3. Click on the identification icon at the top right of the image.
   • one or more elements:
     1. Select the items of your choice.
     2. Click on the edit button.
     3. Click on Face Detection.
     4. Tick the box if you wish to remove existing faces from the selected items.
     5. Click on Start.

A notification indicates whether faces have been detected. The faces are then framed in red. If previously identified individuals are recognised, the corresponding faces are framed in orange.

If one of them has not been detected, you can designate it manually.

All you have to do now is identify the corresponding person.
