Users can use our templates to create social media assets, and publish the content to LinkedIn. If this feature are enabled on the template, users create a LinkedIn post with this asset and the asset with a click of a button.
The LinkedIn connector needs to be added by the Papirfly team, please contact your CSM or support for more information around pricing and interest in enabling the plugin if not yet available to your team.
After the LinkedIn connector has been added to your company and selected templates / documents, the user will see it as an option in the "Share" dialog of the Document:
If it's the first time the connector is being used for the current logged in user, they will be prompted with the below dialog where they should click on "Connect LinkedIn" and login with the account where they would like to publish the content to:
Once that is done it's all setup to publish to LinkedIn, and it's possible to enter which Page to publish the content to (in case there are several for the current connected account), which visibility it should have (only Connections to the LinkedIn account, or Public), and the message attached to the post.
It is from this dialog also possible to click on "Disconnect account" if the user needs to post on multiple different accounts, clicking this will take them back to the above dialog again to be able to connect to another account by entering new login credentials.
