Improved Navigation
We’ve introduced a refreshed navigation experience across Papirfly to make it easier to move between products, find key tools faster, and work more efficiently day to day.
The new navigation creates a more consistent experience across the platform. Core actions are easier to access, product switching is clearer, and settings are now grouped in a predictable location. This update lays the foundation for future improvements while reducing friction in everyday workflows.

Icon Recoloring
You can now recolor SVG icons directly within the DAM.
This will sunset the legacy SVG recoloring in point. Please update your settings accordingly.
Why this matters
Keep icons on-brand without needing design tools Reuse the same icon across multiple channels and formats Reduce one-off icon variants and manual rework
Icons can be organized in dedicated spaces and recolored using approved brand colors, giving teams flexibility without losing control.

Produce Documents & Templates in DAMview & Asset Collections
Produce documents and templates are now available directly within DAMview & Asset Collections.
Why this matters
Find assets, templates, and documents in one place Less switching between tools to complete everyday tasks Faster access to ready-to-use, approved materials
This brings planning, creation, and asset management closer together, making DAMview a more complete starting point for content work.
Produce
LinkedIn connector accounts
The previous implementation for publishing to either Facebook or LinkedIn only supported one account per company. This was too limited as many companies have distributed marketing teams that operates in different markets and with separate SoMe accounts. We have now enabled a way to disconnect your current signed in account to be able to login using another LinkedIn account.
Another improvement is the option to select whether the post should be visible to all (Public) or only to the Connections of the current signed in account. You may also select which page you wish to publish to.
Download & Share Legal notice
The Legal Notice feature allows companies to display mandatory legal disclaimers to users before they download or share generated documents. This feature is configurable per company and supports multiple languages.
Data Variables improvements
Override variable field values
We’ve introduced the ability for Content Creators to manually override Variable field values, the fields that are editable are set by the Template creator. This makes it possible to control which elements connected to the variable that the content creator should be able to update, and which should be locked for editing.
For editable fields, Content Creators will now see text input boxes to override values within the template. Please note that these overrides only apply to the current template and will not modify the original data in the source (e.g., the 'First Name' field in the User Data source remains unchanged).
Variable usage overview
Template Designers can now click any variable in the Variables Palette to see an overview of all elements referencing it.
On the current page, references are highlighted on the canvas with a shadow box and a descriptive label. If a variable is not connected to a data source, the label displays the variable name. For variables mapped to a data source, the specific field name is shown instead. For example, clicking a 'User' variable will display the label 'First Name' for any element referencing that specific field.
New text setting: Dynamic width
We’ve introduced Dynamic Width for text elements, which automatically calculates the width based on the longest line of text. This is especially powerful when used within Horizontal Stacking groups to ensure elements are neatly arranged side-by-side with correct spacing.
VCard support for QR Codes
We’ve added support for importing VCard data from InDesign directly into QR Code elements.
Please note that while a QR Code is bound to a variable, the message cannot be manually edited. Instead of a text input, a label will indicate that the QR Code is a VCard for a specific user (e.g., 'VCard for Jane Doe'). To manually edit the message, you must first disconnect the variable.
Plan Approvals
Produce email approvals
HTML Template Approvals enables HTML email documents created in Produce to be submitted directly into Plan approval projects.
This closes a major gap where email approvals were handled separately from broader marketing workflows.
Now, HTML emails can be reviewed, versioned, tracked, and approved alongside other campaign assets - creating one unified workflow, clearer visibility for project managers, and centralized feedback for reviewers.
