Real time updates in approval projects overview
Keep your team in sync with instant visibility into new uploads and version updates—no manual refresh needed. With real-time updates in the approval project overview, you’ll always see the latest changes as they happen, reducing delays, preventing duplicate work, and keeping collaboration seamless. If an update requires action, you’ll be notified and can load the latest changes with a single click. Stay informed, work smarter, and move your projects forward faster.
Sorting and archiving approval projects
Users can now sort approval projects to streamline navigation, making it easier to manage and locate specific projects within large portfolios. This feature is designed with administrators and reviewers in mind, helping them efficiently handle extensive project assignments. Sorting is available across both central and local hierarchies.
Sorting Options Include:
- Alphabetical (A–Z and Z–A): Quickly locate projects by name.
- Newest to Oldest: View the most recently created projects first.
- Oldest to Newest: Access earlier projects easily.

Additionally, a new archived projects display has been introduced. Admins can now effortlessly review archived projects and restore them when necessary, ensuring no important work is lost and projects can be reused as needed.
For users managing large volumes of projects, navigating without sorting was time-consuming and cumbersome. This feature simplifies organization, improves efficiency, and ensures archived projects are easily accessible and recoverable when needed.
