Produce adds direct InDesign imports, smarter translations, and category management to speed up template creation and keep everything brand-aligned.

Securely store, manage, and share your own work files with ease. My Assets Archive gives everyday employees a personal space for their content, while ensuring admins keep full oversight and control.
Whether you're sending invoices, sharing drafts, or gathering feedback, it’s your go-to archive—fully integrated, familiar, and always compliant.
Introducing Shared Collections – Smarter, Safer Sharing
Say goodbye to external tools. Shared Collections replaces My Collections with a secure, admin-controlled way to share files.
- Color-coded expiry tracking
- Email sharing + recipient tracking
- Auto-delete on expiry
- Full admin visibility

A quality-of-life boost for power users managing multiple assets.
- Opens the full asset detail view, not just the image preview
- Makes it faster to edit or review multiple assets in tabs
- No more clicking back and forth through the archive
External Sharing & Direct Link Controls
Control whether the assets can be shared externally or only shared internally. This is for clients with archives hosting sensitive information.
- Archive-level setting to block all external sharing on internal-only archives
- Direct link toggle disables copying/generating links for tighter control on both the archive and asset
Allowed File Types per Archive
We’re adding a new setting that gives you more control over what types of files can be uploaded into each archive. Clients can now configure archives to meet their specific needs such as:
- Video only archives for campaign content
- Document only spaces for PDFs and word files
- SVG only for icons & illustrations
Auto-Delete for My Assets (30-day clean-up)
We’re introducing an optional setting that will automatically delete assets from My Assets archive 30 days after they’ve been removed.
- Deleted assets will now auto-remove after 30 days (if you switch it on, default is off)
- Great for keeping My Assets clean without manual purging - perfect for clients using the My Assets archive for temporary file sharing
Produce
Import Adobe InDesign Files Directly into Produce (additional cost)
You can now seamlessly import Adobe InDesign designs into the Produce platform - no need for developers or external services. With this new plugin, designs are automatically converted into editable templates, making it easier for admins to upload, adjust, and manage assets directly in Produce. This ensures key design elements like fonts, colors, and image placements remain intact and brand-compliant.
Categories
The new Categories feature brings Place’s category management system into Produce, ensuring consistent and intuitive categorization of templates and documents. Admins and users can now apply both global and local categories, with a familiar UI that reduces the learning curve. Unused categories are hidden during filtering for a cleaner experience, and documents automatically inherit categories from their parent templates—making categorization easier, faster, and more accurate.
Smart translations
Smart Translations uses AI to simplify and speed up the translation of text in documents and configurators, expanding on our existing subtitle translation capabilities. Users can translate individual fields or full documents on demand, reduce manual effort, and easily audit for missing or incomplete translations—ensuring consistent multilingual support across content.

Stay on Track with Review Time Monitoring
Track review times down to the minute to meet SLAs and boost accountability. Real-time countdowns keep reviewers on schedule, while admins and project managers gain clear insights into performance and bottlenecks. With customizable deadlines, time zone support, and detailed metrics, staying compliant and optimizing workflows has never been easier.
Plan Campaigns
Smarter Currency Management for Global Campaigns
Plan, track, and report campaign costs in multiple currencies with ease. Distributors work in local currency, while managers see a unified view in one reporting currency.
