Produce
Vendor Send Forms
The new Vendor Send Forms feature enhances the Send Assets to Vendors functionality by allowing company admins to create custom forms tailored to each vendor’s specific requirements. This enables users to include essential details such as print sizes, pricing, or publication dates when sending assets to different types of vendors like printers, newspapers or digital distributors. It ensures more structured communication and reduces the risk of missing critical information. Note that the email sharing functionality must be enabled for the company as outlined in the documentation.

Manage templates
This update introduces the ability to manage multiple template settings at once, significantly improving efficiency for users and internal teams. Instead of updating templates individually, users can now select several destination templates and copy settings from a chosen source template. They can choose which settings to apply, including permissions, workflow, tags and categories, streamlining setup and reducing repetitive work.

Plan Campaign
Inherited values in sub-items
This feature streamlines campaign management by automatically inheriting key field values such as product type or media type from parent items to their sub items. Ideal for complex multi level campaign structures, it reduces manual input, enforces data consistency, and minimizes errors. Configured in the Template Builder, only Shared elements (such as dropdowns, checkboxes and tags) can be set to inherit, with automatic synchronization ensuring that updates to parent values cascade down to all related sub items.

Link to Plan Approvals displayed in Campaign detail
If the Place asset uploaded to a Plan Campaign detail is sent to an approval loop, users can now navigate themselves directly to a detail of the review in Plan Approvals. Button for displaying the asset in Plan Approvals is available directly in the asset thumbnail overlay in the campaign detail.
Timeline collapse and expansion
This update introduces the ability to fully collapse or expand both Central and Local hierarchies in the timeline, including all items under main parent entries. It improves navigation for users managing timelines with many campaigns and sub activities, allowing them to focus on relevant sections. Each user's collapse or expand settings are saved automatically, so their preferred view is retained even after closing the Planner or refreshing the browser.
New button for collapsing and expanding all sub-items located under main parent items
Plan Approval
Multi-location approval workflows
This new feature enables organizations operating across multiple regions or business units to consolidate their approval processes into a single, centralized project. It simplifies setup by allowing admins to include a parent unit and its sub-units, while ensuring users only see content relevant to their assigned units. With improved visibility, streamlined collaboration, and better governance, this update reduces admin overhead, supports large-scale scalability, and enhances unit-specific tracking throughout submission and review workflows.
