GDPR manager forms upgrade
With this release, you’ll see a cleaner design, clearer field labeling, and smarter workflows—making the process of setting up and managing GDPR consent forms faster and more intuitive than ever before.
We’ve renamed “Templates” to “Forms” to better reflect their function and reduce confusion, aligning the terminology with what users expect.

External Sharing Setting on Individual Assets
We’ve added the ability to control external sharing at the asset level — giving teams more flexibility and control over what gets shared outside the platform.

Status filters from Plan
Allow users to filter and identify assets based on their plan workflow status - providing greater control and visibility across approved, pending, and archived assets.
How it works:
- Basic view: Shows grouped categories only — Approved, Pending, Archived.
- Full hierarchy view: Displays all individual statuses within each category (e.g., “Pending Review”, “Needs Changes”).
Archive name
This update adds the archive name clearly at the top of the page, making it easier to orient yourself while navigating the platform. This improvement is within the Place archive itself. At this time it is not reflective in other plug-ins or modals.
Produce
This release in Produce Editor contains the following features added to the InDesign Import:
Shape Editing
Shape editing simply adds an equal level of editability to paths and shapes as available to other elements like text and images. Shapes can now be selected, moved, resized and locked by their position, size, and visibility.
Element Grouping
Element grouping will allow admins to group sets of elements together so that their presentation and any manipulation is applied to the group as a whole. The element grouping feature is at the foundation of other features to improve on the self-servicing for templates imported from design files. Elements can be grouped by selecting one or several and then click the button “Group” or hotkeys ctrl
+ g
. Grouping elements mean that an action can be performed for all elements in the selected group, for example moving, editing visibility, locking and resizing. A group can be ungrouped again.
Add/Remove Elements
This will allow admins to add or remove elements that were imported from the design file. It does not include the ability to create whole new elements from scratch.
- All imported elements are registered as addable elements, but not enabled.
- "Template Designer"(user role) must select which addables are available for "Content Creator"(user role)
- Template designer may also register existing elements on the page as new addables.
Text Color Options
This feature will provide admins and end users with basic color options when formatting text.
- All colors that have been defined in the InDesign document’s swatch library are exported and available in the JSON for the Editor to process.
- Color options for the paragraph style can be locked or unlocked for end users via the text format locking dialog.
Shape Color Options
This feature will provide admins and end users with basic color options for simple paths and shapes that are monochromatic. The user will be able to change color (of the imported ones) when selecting a shape.
Multipage Text Flow
Linked text elements with shared text flow enables text content to spread over two or more containers, and this is already supported in the design file import feature. This addition will see it working for text elements over multiple pages.
Import QR codes
It is now possible to import QR codes to be used in the template via InDesign import.
Plan Campaign
This feature provides a more intuitive and flexible way to interact with assets directly within campaign planning. It includes options to preview, download, share, and remove assets from campaign items without affecting their presence in Place archives. This feature is designed to boost efficiency, offer greater control, and provide scalability for managing multiple assets.

We've heard your feedback and are excited to introduce new features within Plan Approvals designed to streamline this workflow. Now, you can manage the review and approval of your Produce animated banners directly in Plan, ensuring faster feedback, better accuracy, and a more unified experience for your team.

Shared services
You can now enable a "request access" link in the login dialogue, creating a user in stand by mode. Company admins will be alerted and can take action to Accept or Reject this user. Once the user is configured to the correct user groups (and other info) the user will receive a welcome email with a link for him to set a password of his choice.
