This release adds stronger control and clarity across the suite.
Place & Point now support Download Requests, giving admins oversight of sensitive assets while keeping the request process simple for users. File sizes are also shown on downloads, making it easier to choose the right format. Produce improves vendor workflows with unique Order IDs, the option to send large files as links, and a quick Send to Myself button for forwarding on-brand emails. Plan Approval now supports reusing one Produce template across multiple projects, centralizing governance while simplifying submissions.

Download Requests
The new Download Requests feature gives organizations greater control over how sensitive or restricted assets are used. Instead of all users being able to download content freely, admins can choose to require a request before access is granted. This ensures that downloads are approved on a case-by-case basis, protecting brand, legal, or licensing requirements while still giving users a straightforward way to ask for what they need.
It’s an important step for teams managing high-value assets, as it balances flexibility for end users with the oversight companies need to stay compliant and in control.

Improved Download Clarity
You can now see file sizes when downloading assets in both Place and Point, making it easier to pick the right option for your needs. This helps you avoid downloading files that are too large for quick sharing or too small for high-quality use.
File sizes will appear whenever this information is available. For some formats (like on-demand downloads that haven’t yet been generated), the size may not be shown until the file is created.
Produce
Vendor Send Forms - Order ID and Link to the document
We have in this release added an unique Order ID per each email sent to the vendor, for easier communication between the sender and the vendor.
Another addition is to be able to select if the document ordered should be added as a link instead of attachment, which will be useful when sending large files.

Send to myself - email
This is a feature where you can have a single button with the sole purpose of sending a created email to the currently logged in users email. The goal is to create an on-brand email using our templates, get the email to your desktop email application and use this application to forward it.

Plan Approval
Produce template with multiple approval workflows
We are releasing the Produce template with multiple approval workflows feature, which allows a single Produce template to be linked and reused across multiple Plan Approval projects.
With this release, admins can now manage one central template and attach it to multiple Plan Approval projects, ensuring governance, reducing errors, and improving scalability. End-users will benefit from clearer submission routing, as they are prompted to select the appropriate approval project when submitting documents, while still respecting eligibility rules (permissions and location-based restrictions).
