Business Unit Switcher
We have added support to handle multiple Business units per user (prior to this Produce has only been able to handle one Business Unit per user).
To solve the ownership ambiguity, we have introduced a Business Unit switcher for each user:
User Selection: Users belonging to multiple units are able to switch the Business Unit before creating a document.
UI Visibility: The active BU is clearly visible (e.g., a message stating: "Document will be created in business unit YYY").
Enhanced Visibility: The document list and details panel will explicitly display which BU owns each document.
A new menu item has been added to enable the user to switch their current Business Unit. This shows the entire structure, but it is only possible to select a Unit which the current user belongs to:
When clicking on “Switch” this dialog will open that allows the user to change to another Unit:
When creating a new document this information will show to remind the end user about which Unit the document will be created in:
A new column is added in the Document overview list, to show which Business Unit the document has been created within:
Vendor Send Forms products - fixed quantities
It is now possible to select fixed quantity levels when using the "product" functionality in Vendor Send Forms. (If products aren't used, it is instead possible to add fixed quantities as a custom property dropdown field just as before.)
This is done in the setup by using this setting:
