New Features
Enhanced Document & Order Tracking Overview
Gain better visibility into how your documents and orders are being utilized across your workspace.
Usage Tracking Column: A new visual column in the Document Overview list displays key interaction icons, indicating whether a document has been downloaded, printed, or sent as an order to a vendor (including shares via Email, LinkedIn, or Facebook).
Detailed Activity Logs: Click on any usage icon within the column to open a detailed modal showing exact activity history and metadata.
Column Filtering: Quickly isolate records by filtering the Document Overview grid based on specific usage types (e.g., viewing only documents that have been downloaded).
Improvements
Flexible Vendor Access Modes for Templates
Setting up vendor options on document templates is now faster and more versatile, making it easier to manage general-use print templates (such as magazine print orders).
Three Vendor Access Options: When configuring a template under the Vendors tab, you can now select from three distinct modes using a segmented control:
Any Vendor: Allows the document to be sent to any vendor supporting the template’s document type.
Specific Vendors: Restricts availability exclusively to selected vendor(s) (previous default behavior).
No Vendors: Disables vendor sharing entirely for the template.
Smart Default Configuration: Unconfigured or newly created templates will default based on your system setting (
system.byDefaultUseAnyVendor). Explicitly saved vendor preferences will always take precedence.
Business Unit Enhancements
Document Details Metadata: Added Business Unit information directly to the Document Details panel for organizations utilizing Business Units.
Unrestricted Unit Switcher: Administrators can now seamlessly switch between current Business Units without restrictions.
🛠️ Bug Fixes
