This release improves the Page Admin experience for administrators, making settings easier to navigate, access permissions clearer, and content expiry more visible.
Page Admin Settings
We've reorganised the Page Admin settings panel to make it easier to find what you need. Less-frequently used options are now grouped into collapsible sections, reducing visual clutter and helping you focus on the settings that matter most.
What's new:
- Advanced settings (description, custom URL, page lifetime, and page thumbnail) are now grouped in a collapsible "Advanced" section
- Sharing settings (searchable, bookmarkable, and share links) are now grouped in a collapsible "Visibility & Sharing" section, each with a short description to clarify what it does
- The "Public" access toggle has moved to the Group Permissions tab, where it directly affects user group access
Group Permissions: Public Access
It's now clearer what happens to user group access when a page is set to Public. When Public is enabled, the interface reflects this immediately — removing any ambiguity about which groups can see the page.
What's new:
- When a page is set to Public, the "No Access" option is automatically disabled for all user groups
- The interface makes it visually clear that all groups have access while Public is enabled
Unsaved Changes Protection
You'll now be prompted before leaving Page Admin with unsaved changes, so edits are never lost by accident.
What's new:
- A prompt appears if you try to switch pages, close Page Admin, or open Template Admin while you have unsaved changes
- You can choose to save, discard, or go back and continue editing
- A visual indicator on the settings tab shows where unsaved changes exist
Page Expiry Status
Pages with an upcoming expiry date now show a clear status label, so you can see what's due to expire before it happens.
What's new:
- Pages with a future expiry date display an "Expire [date]" label (e.g. "Expire 24.12.2026")
- The label is visually distinct from the "Expired" state, making it easy to tell pages that are expiring soon from pages that have already expired
