Brand Assistant Improvements

Our Brand Assistant is currently in beta, giving your team a conversational way to get instant answers on your brand guidelines — no more digging through pages to find the right colour, tone, or typography rule. We're rolling out regular upgrades as part of the beta programme, and this week's updates include:

Added typography component

The Assistant can now read your typography component, so you can ask it typography questions directly instead of looking them up yourself.

Multi-language support

The Brand Assistant now indexes your Point pages in your own login language, so answers are drawn from the content you're actually looking at — and you can still chat with it in any language you like.

Every localised version of your Point pages is now indexed, not just English
Ask and answer in a different language than the one you're logged in on
No setup needed — this works automatically

Duplicate Page

Duplicating a page is now a single step. Click Duplicate and set everything up in one modal, instead of hunting through a dropdown menu.

Choose to include subpages (only shown if the page has any)
Choose whether the new page publishes immediately, or stays hidden until you're ready
New pages default to hidden, so you're not caught out with unfinished content live
You're taken straight to the new page once it's created

Place

New Navigation

We've added a left-hand navigation panel to Place, matching the layout you'll already recognize from Keepeek and Produce.

Assets, Collections and Settings are now all accessible from this panel
Settings has moved here from its previous location
No functional changes — just a more consistent, familiar layout

Updated access to Archive Collections

Adding assets to collections is now faster, and you have more control over how collections are displayed.

New option to change how your collections are viewed
Drag an asset in Asset view and the collections list slides in from the left, showing where you can drop it
Open a collection to see the files inside it, with filtering available within the collection
Breadcrumbs let you jump straight back to the full collections list
